BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The Cathedral (Refectory Gardens), Bury St Edmunds

Modern brass equatorial sundial, on baluster style cast concrete plinth with spiral ornamentation, in Refectory Gardens. The hours are shown from 3am to 9pm, with dots for the half hours. In memory of Geoff Hundleby 1942-2002.
