BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Sundial Cottage, Isleham

The date of 1832 looks convincing upon this simple circular dial, which appears to be of stone and lies above the first floor windows at the descriptively named cottage upon which it resides. Fittingly, the dial with its iron gnomon seems carefully maintained.
