BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Clwyd Area

The dial is located on the front lawn. It is incised into the top of a stone column which forms the integral pedestal. It has hour lines for 4am to 8pm. In addition, ’1590’ is incised on E side of the pedestal. The dial is badly erroded but there are signs of possibly initials on the adjacent side. Unfortunately the gnomon is missing.
