BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Humphreys End House (1), Randwick

One of five dials made by the owner. Unusual pedestal analemmatic with moveable vertical rod gnomon. Elliptical delineation now difficult to read. Inscribed ’JWAH 1997 after APH 1967’ (ie reference A P Herbert ’Sundials Old and New’). Rough-cut stone pedestal approx 700 high.
