BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Hour numerals Roman. Half hour lines terminate in small diamond marks. Noon is marked by a cross. It is believed that the marks relating to 12 and 3, used in conjunction with the shadow of the gnomon inner edge, are a novel indication of mean time on a sundial. Entered in the BSS 2010 sundial competition.
