BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Don’t be fooled by this very modern sundial, the date of 1684 is spurious, more than 300 years too early. This motto, ’I only count youre sunny houres’ with various spellings appears on many sundials. A mass produced piece of work but it tells the time perfectly well.
