BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

, Denchworth

The dial is on a house adjacent to St James’ Church and can be seen from the south side of the churchyard. The upright numerals are IV - XII, with no subdivisions. The metal strip gnomon has a notch nodus to indicate declination lines marked ’Winter Solstice’, ’Equinox’, and ’Summer Solstice’. On the lower edge there is an inscription, possibly the date, but it is not legible.
