BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Warwickshire

Vitreous enamel steel with 1/8" brass fittings, patinated and electroplated gold. Sun face at root of blade gnomon with two ’S’ supports. Aligned Roman numerals VI - XII - IIII - V, with hour lines, short half hour marks and quarter hour ticks. CoA of Aston Villa FC at bottom right. At top to L and R in small lettering ’J DAVIS DELINEAVIT 2008’ and ’VITRAMET FECIT’. Designed to reproduce the appearance of the dials on the Gate of Honour at Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge.
