BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The dial has a 16-pt compass rose labelled to NNE etc. There is an anticlockwise Equation of Time. Roman numerals use the form IIII - XII - IIII - VIII with noon gap, read from outside. Hours are divided into 30, 15, 10 and 2 minutes, the minutes labelled 20, 40, 60. It is set on a simple bottle shaped pedestal, height 1140mm, top dia 355mm. The dial was stolen, and later recovered, in 2007. Hole Park has restricted opening times.
