BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Inscribed on the horizontal ring: ’D Harber / Henley-on-Thames / MCMCIX’, ’Commissioned by J H V Sutcliffe CBE DL to commemorate the dawning of the Third Millennium’, ’Quies Ut Mihi Sic Vobis Sole Cadente’ (as on the older horizontal in the same garden, SRN 5909), ’Great Fosters / Latitude North 51 24 58 / Longitude West 000 32 40’. On square stone base.
