BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Michael’s Church of Ireland Church, Castlecaulfield

The dial is 10 metres up on the west wall of the tower. Note the T-shaped gnomon with a serrated lower edge. Hours 1pm to 8pm are shown in a mixture of Roman and Arabic, presumably to save space, reading I, II, III, 4, V, 6, 7, 8. The dial is made from several dressed stones set flush with the random rubble stone of the tower. See also SRN 6883 for a companion dial.
