BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Abbey Church of St Mary & St Botolph, Thorney

The dial is on the south face of the south west tower of the church entrance. It is badly obscured by a nearby tree. Some hour lines are faintly visible on the brickwork together with the remains of aligned Roman numerals. The iron bar gnomon has wide-spread straight supporting struts.
