BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St George’s Square, Hebden Bridge

The dial is opposite Hebden Bridge Mill and is made as a paved circular area within an open shopping precinct. Hour lines in decorative paving. N, S, E, W marked. The gnomon design is based on a giant fustian-cutter’s knife. Fustian was the basis for Hebden Bridge’s original success. The sculptor was Mike Williams, local to the village.
