BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Glemham Hall (3), Little Glemham

The dial is at first floor level on the west wing. It is an unusually large private dial. Upright but aligned Roman numerals VI - XII - IV - V, divided to half hours. Semicircle around gnomon root contains ’D N’ (for Dudley North) and ’1769’. Dudley North was the husband of Elihu Yale’s daughter. [Glemham Hall also once had the ’Elihu Yale’ dial, a Van Nost Blackamoor pedestal dial, see BSS Bulletin 22(ii).]
