BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Sundial Cottage, Shutford

An 850mm square stone vertical declining dialcan be seen on the wall of the cottage. It has the numerals VIII - VII but is graduated from VIIam and the hours are divided into halves and quarters. Noon is marked by a cross. At the top of the dial plate are the initials SW and the date 1760. The iron gnomon has a single support.
