BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Oxfordshire

The dial was made by Steve Daggitt with the assistance of school children. It is on a moveable board, wedged up by 15 degrees at the north end, which normally sits on a horizontal square brick plinth. Blue Arabic numerals 5am - 12 - 9pm, read from the south. Blue hour lines to concentric blue and yellow circles around the gnomon root. Brass gnomon, style 190.
