BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Central 5 petal Tudor Rose. 8-point compass rose marked only to NSEW. Aligned Roman numerals IIII - XII - IIII - VIII, read from inside, with noon gap. Each hour marked with 20, 40 and 60 minute positions; inner scale shows 30 and 15 minute intervals. Inscribed ’I. Worgan fecit’. Compare the gnomon to SRN 7492 at Lytes Cary Manor, Somerton, Somerset.
