BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The dial is in the walled garden. The cubical block with four dial faces stands on a baluster style pedestal on a cylindrical base decorated with three cupid(?) faces and floral swags. The belly of the baluster bears a spiral ribbon possibly engraved with ’. . . HAST TR . . . WELLER[?] THE . . . HE SHALL NE . . . EN BUT NEVER T . . .’. The whole is topped with a figurine, possibly of a dancing faun. The faces use upright Arabic numerals, with hour lines and half hour lines. The south face is inscribed ’A S O’ across the top.
