BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.
This iron four-ring armillary sphere is mounted on a concrete pedestal which forms four seats and is surmounted by a ball finial. The hour band is of bronze and covers the hours V - VII.
The dial is at the far end of the lower lawn by a copse.
