BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

The Cemetery, West Watford

Dial damaged with main element detached and resting upside down on base mounting plate, and gnomon missing. Roman numerals VI - XII - IIII - VI, with half and quarter hour divs. Mounting platre inscribed ’TEMPUS FUGIT’. Base of plinth inscribed to memory of Florrie Stebben, d 1931, and Louie Kathleen Stebben, d 1943.
