BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Overseas Dials

From the original Pilkington & Gibbs design but significantly adapted, and probably by Negretti & Zambra. Arabic hour numerals 5 - 12 -7 running clockwise as expected for a southern hemisphere dial. Hand engraved ’Beneficium dando accepit qui digno dedit’. Restored by J Davis in 2006.
