BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Hampshire

A small square / diamond horizontal memorial dial. No details of the dialface are known to us. The gnomon is set on a diagonal. The square-section pedestal is 583mm high and engraved ’LW / AD / 1813’ on its north-west face, ’AHAZ / AM / 1208’ on the south-west, ’JM’ on the south-east face.
