BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Michael the Archangel Church, Laxton

Vertical dial, laid horizontally on a low brick plinth, to SE of S porch. Gnomon missing. Date 1820 at top. Upright Roman numerals VI - XII - IV - VI. Hour lines to small semicircle araound gnomon root; half-hour and some quarter-hour lines. Additional figure at top right - could be ’XII’ or an erroneous ’VII’; or possibly part of an inscription. .
