BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial House, Mansfield Woodhouse

Date estimated as 1750 to 1820. Restored c1975 by present owner.Upright Roman numerals V - XII - III. Hour lines reach to square on dial face. Diamond ended half hour lines. 30- and 5-minute marks in border. ’S’ shaped support to blade gnomon with serrated underside. Sandstone dial built into brick wall with canopy stone.
