BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Kent

Roman numerals read from outside, aligned to (incorrect) radial hour lines IIII XII - IIII - VIII. Gnomon off set from noon line. Sun face at centre, Directions NE etc in segmented ring. At the S ’Sunny Hours’. Dial plate blue. Decorated column and square mount stone about 600 high.
