BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Mary’s Church (2), Ilmington

That this vertical South dial is carved directly into the masonry is an indication that it is old, perhaps even dating back to the 16th century. There are no hour lines but the numerals VI to V are arranged in a rough semicircle. The gnomon is of iron. The dial is approximately 1000mm square.
