BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Kent

This dial is kept indoors in a collection. It is engraved "Latt. 57.10", which is correct for Old Aberdeen, just north of the modern city centre. It was restored in 2007 by J Davis of Flowton Dials, with new gnomon. The motto is "Tempus edax Rerum", and initials I Y & I G are engraved in a circle. Hours are shown by Roman numerals, aligned with the hour lines and read from the outside, using IIII & XII (with a noon gap), minutes 30, 15 and 5. See maker in ’Biographical Index’, Wilson.
