BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

8-point compass rose, date and latitude. Also inscribed ’John Lloyd Vicar …, John Morris} Church Wardens Thos Robts }’ The gnomon has been missing since 1923. Roman numerals, aligned, read from outside, uses IIII, noon gap. 2, 10 & 30 mins marked.
