BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Stoneacre [NT], Maidstone

The dial shows 4am to 8pm in half and quarterhours. There is a split noon line but the gnomon is missing. Roman numerals are read from the outside of the dial and use the form XII and IIII. The dial is set on a brown sandstone octagonal panelled pedestal with an octagonal capital and square base. Stoneacre has limited opening days.
