BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Headmasters House, Kirby Hill nr Richmond

A stone slab vertical dial which was painted and still shows raised lines where paint has protected the stone from erosion. Shows approx 6am to 6pm in half and quarter hours. May have used XII. Strip gnomon and fall back supporter. Traces of a square around the gnomon root.
