BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St James’ Churchyard, Bratton

The dial is to the west of the west end of the church. There is an unrecorded inscription/motto around the periphery. Shows 4am to 8pm in hours with no half hours yet with what appears to be 5 min marks on an outer scale. Uses XII and IIII. Numerals viewed from outside the dial. Set on 740h pedestal of circular section lower baluster type. Further information requested.
