BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Berkshire

The dial is on the south front, integral with a scroll topped mount. It shows 7am to 6pm with vertically aligned numerals using XII and IIII. Hours are divided to halves and quarters, with some lines missing between 1and 2pm. There is a gnomon gap. The hour lines extend outward through the numerals. The motto reads: "Horae Pereunt et Imputantur", spread within and without the dial. The bar gnomon has a scroll supporter and there is a full 20 rayed sun at the root.
