BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Former Methodist Chapel In S gable., Wolsingham

The dial is in the south gable. It is in a shield shape, set in a circular surround with head and tail stones on which is carved the motto ’Tempus Fugit’. The dialplate entirely smooth and presumably it was originally painted. The strip gnomon has a back to back curly ’C’ support.
