BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

House in Church Road, Newton St Loe

Located on the south wall of the dwelling, above the upper window. Shows 6am to 6pm in half hours. Noon is marked as XII. Date at top, initials WHH either side of and above the gnomon root. Sheet iron gnomon with curious scalloped underedge. Quarter circle décor in corners of dialplate. Slab held by cleats to the stone wall of the house.
