BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St James’ Church, Cameley

On the South wall of the chancel. Hour lines from 6am to 6pm in 30 minute itervals. Roman numerals with a cross for noon and 1111 for 4pm . Some lines may have been re-incised. The date at the top is ’1698’. The dial stone is inset into the wall. The gnomon may be a modern replacement.
