BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Millennium Park, Barrow upon Soar

Sixteen upright 1m high Mountsorrel (local) granite hour markers. Shows 5am to 7pm in hours. Another stone holds EoT/Long correction plaque. Hours marked by short inward hour line stubs and by three full hour lines (6am, 6pm and Noon) and by stainless steel numerals inset into the chapter ring. Large tubular s/steel gnomon 300 diam with single supporter and inset sun décor. Gnomon was (incorrectly) supplied with no adjustment in yaw but the dial is still accurate to about 3 minutes.
