BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

St Buadan’s Church, Culdaff

The horned breakarch dial plate has been canted out on the right to face south, and is now broken down the middle. It can be seen 3m up on the south wall of the church, held by four iron cleats. The dial face shows 6am to 6pm with 30, 15 and 5 minute marks, using XII and IV for noon and 4pm. Unusually for a vertical dial with a thin gnomon, it has a noon gap in the hour scale.
