BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

In the centre of ’The Park’ is a brass equatorial dial made in 1990 by Silas Higgon. It is in the form of a six ring armillary sphere with ecliptic, equator and tropics (though Capricorn has slipped out of position). All 24 hours are delineated in Roman numerals with half and quarter hour divisions. The circular brass plate forming the base carries the maker’s name and an Equation of Time scale. The dial is supported on an octagonal column standing on a paved area where there is a descriptive panel.
