BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Isle of Man

Unusual gnomon piercing has Legs of Man motif. Ref: WW Gill, Manx Sundials. Proc IOM History & Antiquarian Soc Vol V, No1 Apr 1942 - Mar 1946, 1948. This is an important dial and needs a bit more research to give a proper description. Known as Bishop Wilson’s Dial, it was previously at Kirk Patrick’s Church, Patrick Village, IOM.
