BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Oxfordshire

Oak leaf décor in centre and on outer edge. Shows 5am to 7pm in half hours. No hour lines. Lozenges mark half hours. Uses XII and IV. Numerals read from inside the dial. Sturdy gnomon with slightly convex (outward) curved supporter. Set on concrete square section tapered pedestal with square capital and two step base. No memorial plaque.
