BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Oxford Crematorium (8), Headington

Shows 4am to 8pm in 30, 15 and 5 min marks. Noon gap. Uses XII and IIII. Numerals read from outside the dial. EoT scale of watch faster slower type. Compass in centre of dial. Stepped edge to dial plate. Sigmoidal gnomon back edge. Set on square section chamfered column with square capital and square two step base. In western area of gardens.
