BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

, Tregoodwell

Near the top of the hill is a house with a horizontal sundial visible from the road. It is a modern bronze dial showing the hours 4am to 8pm divided into halves, quarters and intervals of 7 1/2 minutes. The motto reads ’Turn your face to the Sun and your shadow will fall behind you’. There is an 8-pointed star and a sun face in the centre of the dial plate. A cylindrical stone column supports the dial.
