BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Malahide Castle, Malahide

The dial is in the Walled Garden, set on a 330 square capital and square section stone column 700h. An inscription reads: "Allow 25 minutes for Longitude correction". Shows 5am to 7pm in 30, 15 and 5 min marks. Uses XII and IIII. Split noon. Numerals appear to be read from inside the dial. Ornate piercing to gnomon which has four side supports.
