BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Hereford & Worcester

The dial is in the rose garden, set on a squat baluster pedestal surmounted by a modern cube of stone, and is soon to be shaded by trees. It shows 4am to 8pm in half and quarter hours, the numerals read from outside the dial. The motto reads: ’Pereunt et Imputantur’. The date, latitude, longitude and height above sea level are all engraved, and the cardinal points of the compass are named on four edges of the dialplate.
