BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Kent

A simple memorial dial in the east side of the churchyard, with centre decoration of a windmill, with egg and dart surround. The motto reads: ’Tempus Fugit’. Shows 4am to 8pm in 30, 15 and 7.5 min marks. Numerals in Gothic Arabic, read from outside. Noon gap. Memorial to Deni Gaikan d 1929. Open gnomon ’Lambda’ format with straight supporter. On three legged birdbath pedestal 610diam and 730h.
