BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Overseas Dials

Traditional design adapted to the lower latitude. EoT arcs of Watch Faster/Slower type. Shows 5am to 7pm [Delin 4:20 - 7:40] in 30, 15, 7.5 (and in Arabic 10s) 10, 5 and 1 mins. Uses XII and IIII. Numerals read from outside the dial. Fleurs de lys half hour markers. Noon gap with "Cascais" in the gap, Noon marked for 32 cities, Lat/Long, Roberts family c/arms at South. Gnomon with curved back and two semicircular side supports. Dial etched in two halves.
