BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Sundial Restaurant, Herstmonceux

Upright aligned Roman numerals VI - XII - IIII - VI. No hour lines or divisions visible on photographs. Curved gnomon with scrolled support. Decorative scrolling at sides of dial plate. Mounted on S brick wall, between ground floor and first floor windows. Restaurant sign features hour lines on a rectangular dial. (Is the dial behind the greenery on the wall in the second photograph?)
