BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Dial in Grampian Region

Inscr reads: "From the parents of Bruce House boys, 1996-2003". Shows 4am to 8pm in 30, 15 and 5 min marks. Uses XII and IIII. Noon gap. Numerals read from outside the dial. Half hours marked by three dot motif. Date, maker and C/arms (of school) in spandrels. Bar nodus with four declination lines to mark family birthdays. Haddonstone pedestal (D145).
