BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Motto reads: "Carpe Diem". Black hour lines and numerals on blue ground with white ground chapter ring. Red declination lines, nodus and zodiac symbols. Design Lat N5234. Date as MMIII. Shows 6am to 6pm half and quarter hours. Uses XII and IIII. Numerals read from below. Declination lines for solstices and equinoxes. Stylised white sun at root. Full length hour lines. Simple rod gnomon without additional support. Seven marked azimuths of the sun detected by a separate gnomon. The only publicly visible sundial in Walsall!
