BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.
Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Shows 6am to 6pm half and quarter hours. Uses XII and IIII. Numerals read from below. Declination lines for solstices and equinoxes. Stylised white sun at root. Full length hour lines. Simple rod gnomon without additional support. Seven marked azimuths of the sun detected by a separate gnomon. The only publicly visible sundial in Walsall!
