BRIDOL is the British Sundial Society's Register of Fixed and Mass Dials, which gives detail and photographs of about 8000 fixed sundials and 3000 mass dials in the UK.

Some of these are in private gardens, but the majority are publicly available.

Newbridge House, Dublin

The dial is in the walled garden. It shows 4am to 8pm in 30, 15, 10, 5 and (by zigzag divisions) 1 min marks. Uses XII and IIII. Noon gap. Numerals read from inside the dial. Half hours marked by fleurs de lys. EoT scale has zodiac symbols on inside. Longitude correction of 25 mins is stated. Set on elaborate baluster pedestal with circular top and base set on octagonal plinth. Elaborately pierced gnomon.
